Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (up to 5-7 business days during peak periods). Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days after dispatch.
Our products are dispatched from trusted international fulfilment partners. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, and your location.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may apply depending on the shipment route and how UK customs authorities assess the parcel.
Any such charges (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the carrier or relevant authority before delivery can be completed.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You may open the packaging and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at info@gadgyo.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Allow an additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider. In most cases, refunds appear sooner.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@gadgyo.com with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange an appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, and where applicable, return shipping).
